Job summary

HAVI is seeking a Country Operations Head for our Pondok Ungu office to lead nationwide warehousing, transportation and distribution networks. The role focuses on driving performance excellence, customer satisfaction, productivity, cost optimization and growth across Indonesia.

You will oversee multi-location operations, develop teams, and partner with customers and global networks to implement continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years in Country Operations Management role.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Experience in FMCG, food service, cold chain, retail or 3PL environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations across multiple locations.
• Drive operational performance, cost efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, compliance to food safety, halal and workplace safety standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
• Develop high-performing teams and build stakeholder partnerships internally and externally.
• Support business expansion and strategic operational projects.
• Be the key contact on global and cluster operations reporting and initiatives.
