Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo is seeking a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to oversee repair and maintenance of buildings, machines, and equipment across company assets in stores and the central warehouse. You will coordinate internal and external technicians, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate has a civil/electrical/mechanical engineering background with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong MS Office, interpersonal, and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with SAP RMM for administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all repair and maintenance of buildings, machines and equipment across stores and central warehouse.

Job description

Regional Maintenance Coordinator is responsible to coordinate all repair and maintenance of buildings, machines, and equipment that are used in daily operation, either from internal or external technicians.

With main roles are to coordinate, monitor, and execute all repairing and maintenance projects that belongs to company assets, such as buildings, machines, and equipment that are used for daily operation in stores and Central warehouse as advise function.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma Degree with strong background in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Machine Engineering
• Has experience at least 3 years with similar responsibilities
• Good understanding of maintenance problems
• Excellent use of Microsoft office
• Good interpersonal and leadership skill
• Analytical skill
• Able to do administration job with SAP RMM
