BP International Limited is seeking a Regional HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across Upstream Aspac & India. The role focuses on OMS alignment, risk management and sustainable practices for diverse projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing control of work, crisis planning, and personal safety programs while driving continuous safety improvements and incident investigations across the region. Hybrid office/remote work in Jakarta area.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading HSE in upstream oil & gas projects.
• Proven ability to implement OMS and bp safety standards.
• Strong risk-based decision making and incident investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE for Upstream Aspac & India regions, aligning with OMS and bp requirements.
• Drive continuous HSE performance improvements and risk control.
• Oversee permit-to-work, isolation, and safer work practices.
• Plan and execute crisis and emergency response drills and reviews.
• Develop personal safety programs and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Provide guidance on project/construction safety across lifecycle.
• Monitor HSE cost performance and drive efficiency in safety spend.
• Ensure incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
