Job summary

Shopee is seeking a motivated intern in Indonesia to support regional cross-border analytics and process optimization. You will work with regional and local teams to analyze performance, prepare concise reports, and help design improved business processes.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics).
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and PPT required.
Independent worker with high initiative and fast learning.
Analytical mindset with commitment to delivering results.
Able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
Interns available for a minimum of 3 working days are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Analyse regional cross-border business performance and derive insights for each market.
Design, track, and optimize new business processes and performance reports for new initiatives.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports consolidating updates and trends from regional and local teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand processes and track pain points to resolved issues.
Provide creative and innovative approaches to solve commercial and supply chain problems.
Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
