Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a data analytics intern to support cross-border business insights. You will analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities, working with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals.

You will assist in data collection, cleaning, and transformation to ensure accuracy and reliability, and create clear summary tables along with visually appealing dashboards using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's/Master's Degree in data analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics or any other relevant quantitative discipline.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; Python knowledge is highly desirable.
• Data-driven and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for Shopee cross border business organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to define KPIs and develop metrics that align with business objectives.
• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide summary tables that explain key business insights leading to actionable next steps.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations using BI tools.
