Job summary

Shopee is seeking a motivated marketing intern in Indonesia to analyse seller performance and generate actionable insights. You will own growth programmes aimed at onboarding and scaling new sellers, and support cross-border campaigns with data-driven recommendations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, refine campaign exposure for cross-border sellers, and sharpen Excel and basic SQL skills through hands-on projects. This 6-month internship offers learning with real impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Strong data-driven approach with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Full-time internship preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Analyse seller performance and generate actionable insights for next-step strategies.
• Own and execute growth programmes to onboard and scale new sellers.
• Analyse cross-border campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns.
• Support the team across marketing initiatives, optimizing performance through data-driven analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign nominations to ensure exposure for cross-border sellers.
