Job summary

Magada & Co is seeking a proactive Account Manager/Business Development specialist to drive BD projects across Bali Nusra regions. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline, coordinate with brand/marketing/partners daily, and serve as the main contract contact while pursuing revenue growth.

Willingness to travel is required as needed. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in account management or development, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Account Management, Business Development, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Have connections with clients in Hospitals, Schools, and Hotels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle Bali Nusra areas.
• Develop a strong pipeline of BD projects, as well as plan, execute, monitor, and correct every action to achieve business KPI.
• Be a main point of contact with the brand / marketing / partners daily.
• Maintain & Manage existing projects that have been set during the designated period.
• Managed to keep track record of progress & accomplishment on timely manner.
• Seek opportunity to grow revenue project in Business Development.
• Willing to travel when needed.
