Job summary

Mad Monkey Hostels is seeking an Accounts Receivable regional officer to oversee receivables for multiple properties in Indonesia. The role emphasizes timely invoicing, accurate billing, collections, and reconciliation across hotel, tours, F&B and partnerships.

You will coordinate with reservations, front office, and operations to ensure proper revenue recording, prepare AR aging reports, and support audits. Remote/multi-property support requires strong English communication and AR expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Xero/QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR across all Mad Monkey properties in Indonesia.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate billing for revenue streams.
• Track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Proactively follow up on invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile AR balances with property reports and accounting systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports and collection summaries.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure proper revenue recognition.
