Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a store-based stock/merchandising assistant to handle inbound and outbound stock, assist with merchandising, and ensure stock is correctly placed to maximise sales.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, can thrive in a fast-paced, physical workplace, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork. Flexibility for day and night shifts is required.

Responsabilités

• Processing inbound and outbound stock deliveries.
• Assisting the store with merchandising and recovery standards.
• Getting stock in the right place at the right time to drive sales.
• Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Contributing to sales by supporting stock processing timelines.
• Helping team members on the floor when required.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Processing in and outbound stock deliveries
• Assisting the store with merchandising and recovery standards
• Getting the stock in the right place at the right time to ensure strong sales
