Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from manpower planning to offering stages.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus hiring, and other platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and facilitate the interview process.
• Maintain candidate databases and document recruitment records.
• Prepare and deliver offers, including salary negotiations.
• Monitor progress to meet hiring targets within timelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
• Maintain clear communication between candidates, HR, and Mandarin-speaking users.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering stages.
• Coordinate closely with users/hiring managers, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, to understand hiring needs and candidate qualifications.
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other platforms.
• Conduct CV screening, HR interviews, and facilitate the user interview process.
• Maintain and manage candidate databases, ensuring all recruitment records are properly documented.
• Prepare and deliver offering letters, including salary negotiation with candidates.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure hiring targets are achieved within the agreed timeline.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required.
• Maintain effective communication between candidates, HR, and Mandarin-speaking users.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written, for daily business communication.
• Experienced in volume hiring and handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job portals, and referral channels.
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under targets and deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
