Job summary

Ku Creatives Unlimited is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join a growing team in South Jakarta. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, and building strong talent pipelines across various roles and industries.

You will screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and post engaging job ads on job portals and social platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HR or recruitment and can manage multiple hiring projects independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HR or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong headhunting experience.
• Proficient with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn/Job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple hiring projects independently.
• Willing to work from the South Jakarta office.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Requirements

• Familiar with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven


• Have own device/laptop


• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta


• Able to join immediately
