Job summary

Permata Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Operations professional to develop and drive strategic plans for the Real Estate Operations function in Indonesia. You will oversee KPI tracking, budgeting, and payment processes for vendors and related parties, ensuring policy compliance and timely execution.

You will lead CRES applications and systems, boost service quality, and partner with Finance and stakeholders to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Real Estate Operations or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Real Estate Services and operations.
• Expertise in strategic planning, KPI management, and performance monitoring.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans, objectives, and KPIs for the Real Estate Operations function.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Oversee payment processes for vendors, contractors, and other CRES-related parties, ensuring compliance with agreements, budgets, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment execution.
• Lead the management of CRES applications, systems, and technology platforms.
• Identify business risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
