You will collaborate with senior team members, manage timelines, and contribute to proposals and business development research. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, urban planning, economics, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market, financial, and spatial data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modelling is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare market, site, and development analyses for real estate and mixed-use projects.
• Support financial feasibility analysis and development option testing.
• Develop reports, presentations, and analytical models for clients.
• Coordinate inputs from planning, economics, transport, and sustainability teams.
• Assist in proposal development and business development research.
