Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Sr Officer-RAN Capacity Program Management to lead nationwide 4G/5G RAN capacity planning and program delivery across Jakarta and beyond. You will coordinate with commercials, marketing, and operations to ensure network readiness and optimal user experience.

The role covers capacity dimensioning, end-to-end implementation tracking for expansion programs, and leading strategic initiatives such as network modernization, spectrum deployment, and 5G SA preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nationwide telecommunication RAN capacity planning, operations and strategic projects.
• Related experience includes RAN Planning, Capacity Management, and Telecom Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop nationwide 4G/5G and FWA capacity plans based on traffic growth and business forecasts.
• Manage end-to-end implementation tracking for RAN capacity expansion programs.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as network modernization, spectrum deployment, and 5G SA preparation.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing to support business growth.
