Job summary

ZTE Indonesia is seeking an experienced NPO Manager to lead network performance optimization across LTE and 5G mobile networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving radio network performance improvements, managing optimization teams, and ensuring superior customer experience through data-driven optimization strategies and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Network Performance Optimization (NPO) within mobile networks.
• Strong leadership experience managing optimization teams and coordinating projects.
• Solid knowledge of LTE/5G network architecture, KPIs, and optimization methodologies.
• Experience with KPI analysis, performance monitoring, and optimization reporting.
• Drive test analysis and network performance assessment experience.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Python or analytics handy.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network Performance Optimization (NPO) activities for LTE and 5G networks.
• Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for coverage, capacity and quality improvements.
• Develop and execute optimization plans to enhance network performance and user experience.
• Coordinate optimization activities and manage teams involved in NPO projects.
• Monitor service quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis for network degradations and issues.
• Analyze drive test results and OSS data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare optimization reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Collaborate with RAN, Core, Transmission and Operations teams to resolve end-to-end issues.
• Support network modernization, expansion and new technology deployment.
• Travel to project sites as required.
