Job summary

PT Frina Lestari Nusantara in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated RnD Staff. This full-time role centers on supporting product development, creating R&D documents, and producing 2D drawings for production.

You will use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Catia to translate concepts into tangible designs and assist with reporting to supervisors. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, are proficient in MS Office, fluent in English, and ready to be placed in Central Cikarang GIIC Deltamas Area.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 1–2 years experience.
• Able to use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia and MS Office.
• Experience in automotive plastics manufacturing is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang and join ASAP.
• Able to read technical drawings and create R&D documents.

Responsibilities

• Create office R&D documents and reports.
• Produce 2D drawings for production.
• Assist supervisor with reporting activities.
• Perform 3D scanning as required.
• Interpret and read technical drawings for manufacturing.
