Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an R&D Manager for Sports Nutrition & Nutraceuticals to lead the full product development lifecycle. The role involves concept development, raw material evaluation, formulation, lab trials, pilot-scale work, and manufacturing scale-up, driving commercialization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep knowledge of protein ingredients, and a passion for fitness products, with cross-functional collaboration across Regulatory, QC, Production,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years R&D experience in dietary supplements, sports nutrition, nutraceuticals or related consumer health fields.
• Leadership experience managing R&D teams and multiple product pipelines.
• Strong technical knowledge of formulations, functionality, stability, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R&D and product development for sports nutrition, dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods.
• Translate trends and business needs into commercially viable product concepts and formulations.
• Oversee lab trials, scale-up, and tech transfer to manufacturing.
• Develop cost-per-serving targets and optimize ingredients for cost efficiency.
• Ensure BPOM, Halal, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards compliance.
• Mentor Supervisors and staff, establishing KPIs and development plans.
