Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Tangerang, Indonesia, seeks an experienced R&D Manager – Sports Nutrition & Nutraceuticals to lead end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization, including formulation and lab trials.

You will manage scale-up, cost optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration with Regulatory, QC, Production, Procurement and Marketing to ensure BPOM, Halal, GMP and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in R&D within dietary supplements, sports nutrition, nutraceuticals, functional foods.
• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial or team leadership experience in an R&D function.
• Hands-on experience with formulation development, laboratory trials, pilot-scale testing, and manufacturing scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of BPOM, Halal, GMP, HACCP and related quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R&D and product development for sports nutrition, dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods.
• Translate consumer trends and business requirements into viable product concepts and formulations.
• Direct laboratory and pilot-scale trials, oversee scale-up, and ensure successful commercialization.
