JAPFA invites a Pharmacist/R&D professional to support formulation development, testing, and trials across lab, pilot, and plant environments under R&D leadership.

You will collect and analyze test data, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with food safety, halal, regulatory, and sustainability standards while coordinating with Operations and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

Job description

Support execution of R&D activities, including product formulation, testing, and trials. Assist in laboratory, pilot, and plant trials under guidance of R&D leadership. Collect, record, and analyse test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Support compliance with food safety, quality, halal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and product testing. Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records. Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow R&D protocols, safety procedures, and governance requirements.

Ruang Lingkup Tanggung Jawab Melakukan pengembangan formulasi produk baru/excisting. Melakukan pengembangan formula, optimasi formula, studi stabilitas, dokumentasi registrasi.

Kualifikasi Pendidikan minimal D4/S1 Farmasi. Memiliki pengalaman 1-3 tahun di bidang formulasi R&D (Research & Development), fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar. Menguasai pengembangan formulasi semisolid (krim, salep, gel), cair (larutan, suspensi) dan solid (tablet, kaplet, granul, serbuk) pada produk farmasi/farmasi hewan. Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solving, dan mengikuti tempo kerja sesuai dengan timeline yang berlaku.
