Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Laboratory Staff for SH Nganjuk to support R&D activities including product formulation, testing, and trials. You will assist in laboratory, pilot, and plant trials under guidance, collect and analyze data, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with Operations and Quality teams, maintaining documentation, and adhering to governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of R&D activities, including product formulation, testing, and trials.
• Assist in laboratory, pilot, and plant trials under guidance of R&D leadership.
• Collect, record, and analyse test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support compliance with food safety, quality, halal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and product testing.
• Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow R&D protocols, safety procedures, and governance requirements.
