Job summary

Japfa is seeking an R&D support professional to assist in product formulation, testing, and trials under guidance from R&D leadership. You will collect data, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with food safety, quality, halal, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and testing. The role emphasizes documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while following R&D protocols and safety governance.

Job description

Support execution of R&D activities, including product formulation, testing, and trials. Assist in laboratory, pilot, and plant trials under guidance of R&D leadership. Collect, record, and analyse test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Support compliance with food safety, quality, halal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and product testing. Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records. Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow R&D protocols, safety procedures, and governance requirements.
