Job summary

PT Dover Chemical, Merak—Banten, is seeking an R&D Chemist to conduct research and development of Solvent Based Resin and Water Based Emulsion. The role requires a Chemistry degree and at least 3 years in related R&D, with knowledge of resin systems and polymerization principles.

Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential, and candidates should be willing to work on site in Merak. Fresh graduates may apply, though 3 years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Chemistry (Master’s Degree from a reputable university is preferred).
• Fresh graduated / Experience is preferred
• At least 3 year of working experience in R&D of Solvent Based Resin, and Water Based Emulsion.
• Have knowledge of research and application of Solvent Based Resin, and Water Based Emulsion.
• Understand polymerization principle, and concept.
• Familiar with searching International Papers/Journal, and AI research.
• Knowledge of Research with methodology.
• Fluency in English both oral and written (speaking, writing, and listening).
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.
