PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support high-rise construction projects through cost estimation, tender management, contract administration, and financial control. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep costs on track.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, at least 5 years of experience in cost management, and strong skills in Excel, CAD, and tender
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects through cost estimation, tender management, contract administration, and financial control.
Key responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, material requirements, labor costs, and project timelines
Prepare tender and contract documentation, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and evaluate contractor quotations
Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and contractors
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost estimates on a regular basis
Verify completed work and quantities on-site and review contractors' progress claims for payment
Calculate, negotiate, and assess cost impacts arising from design or material specification changes
Prepare periodic financial and cost reports
Provide recommendations regarding claims, variations, and potential contractual disputes
Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
About you
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (D4) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or construction cost management, preferably with experience in high-rise building projects
Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity measurement, and construction budgeting
Familiarity with estimation/measurement software, Microsoft Excel, and/or CAD
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of tender documents, contracts, physical progress measurement, and payment processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost documentation and budgets
Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work effectively with multiple parties involved in construction projects
