Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min 5 years of experience in Quantity Survey, Cost Control, Tender and Project Administration.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, AHS/AHSP, tendering processes, contractor negotiation, contract administration and cost control.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and AutoCAD; Cubicost knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent accuracy in managing project costs and administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Unit Price Analysis (AHS/AHSP), take-offs, and cost reports, updating cash flows for budget control.
• Manage BOQ, review VO/addendums, and verify progress claims for contractor billing.
• Maintain a structured filing system for contracts, drawings, RFIs, MOMs, approvals and correspondence.

• Analyze project data to recommend value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support tender processes, evaluate contractor quotations and conduct price negotiations.

Job Description

• Prepare Unit Price Analysis (AHS/AHSP), Quantity Take-offs, and cost reports, while updating cash flows to ensure strict budget control.
  
• Manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ), review Variation Orders (VO)/addendums, and verify progress claims for contractor billing
  
• Maintain a structured filing system for contracts, drawings, RFIs, MOMs, approvals, and official project correspondence.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, site, finance, legal) to track project schedules and follow up on critical action items.
  
• Analyze project data to recommend value engineering and cost-saving opportunities to management.
  
• Support the tender process, evaluate contractor quotations (technical & commercial), and conduct price negotiations to meet budget targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• Min. 5 years of experience in Quantity Survey, Cost Control, Tender, and Project Administration.
  
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, AHS/AHSP, tendering processes, contractor negotiation, contract administration, progress billing, VO/addendum, and project cost control.
  
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; knowledge of QS software such as Cubicost is an advantage.
  
• Excellent accuracy in managing project costs and administrative documentation.
  
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
