Job summary

PT Kharisma Bayu Mandiri is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Civil & Interior to join our team on construction, interior fit-out, F&B, and retail projects in Jakarta.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQ, performing quantity take-offs, estimating costs and budgets, and handling variations and final accounts.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture and at least 1 year of QS experience, with strong reading of drawings and pricing skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil, interior, or fit-out projects.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, and commercial interior fit-out projects is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under tight project schedules.
• Willing to conduct site surveys and site visits when required.

• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures are in line with the approved budget.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Purchasing, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare progress claims and supporting documents.
• Prepare and review Final Account (FA) and project cost reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation of project quantities, costs, and commercial records.
