Job summary

Nov Inc. in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee day-to-day quality activities within our facility and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and API Q1.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma, 2+ years in QA, experience with inspections, document control, NDT control, and third-party coordination; NDT/Welding Certification and Six Sigma/Lean knowledge are a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 and API Q1 QMS.
• Experience supervising day-to-day Quality activities (inspection, calibration, document control, NDT control, third-party inspection/coordination).
• Certification in NDT and/or Welding Inspection is an advantage.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of pipe-related industry standards is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present/train at all levels.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); able to train and communicate clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and in a team.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and API Q1 Quality Management Systems (QMS).


• Experience in supervising and performing day-to-day Quality activities, including inspection, calibration, document control, NDT control, and third-party inspection/coordination.


• Certification in NDT and/or Welding Inspection will be an advantage.


• Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies will be an advantage.


• Knowledge of pipe-related industry standards will be an advantage.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.


• Able to conduct presentations and training sessions.


• Computer literate with good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
