Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

At least 3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related field

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma and QC 7 Tools

Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards

Able to perform statistical data analysis (e.g., regression, correlation, etc.).

Experienced in vision model validation (e.g., confusion matrix).

Knowledge of computer vision logic (e.g., threshold limits, kernels, etc.).

Experience in machine learning is an advantage (extra points for CNN, Decision Tree, fine-tuning, etc.).

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality standards and procedures
• Establish and maintain quality control systems
• Monitor and analyze quality performance and trends
• Ensure that semi-finished products, finished goods, equipment, and processes meet specifications and comply with internal procedures
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to products, semi-finished goods, or production processes
• Develop corrective actions, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvements
• Review specifications and inspection standards to ensure compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or automotive industry environment
• Familiarity with FMEA, PPAP, APQP, or other quality planning tools
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, or similar software)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Able to perform statistical data analysis (e.g., regression, correlation, etc.).
