Job summary

National Oilwell Varco in Batam seeks a Quality Assurance professional to ensure the effective implementation of quality requirements across daily operations. You will support the QMS and drive ongoing quality activities to meet customer, regulatory, and company standards.

The role requires knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1, plus hands-on experience with inspection, calibration, document control, NDT, and coordinating third-party inspections. NDT/welding inspection certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and API Q1 QMS.
• Knowledge of day-to-day quality activities, including inspection, calibration, document control, NDT control, and third-party inspection/coordination.
• Certification in NDT and/or Welding Inspection will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies will be an advantage.
