Job summary

Nov Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Indonesia to ensure effective quality requirements in daily operations and to implement and maintain the QMS across activities.

Responsibilities include inspections, calibration, document control, and coordination with third-party inspectors. ISO 9001 and API Q1 knowledge are required; NDT/Welding inspection certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001/QMS.
• Knowledge of day-to-day quality activities including inspection and calibration.
• Experience with document control and NDT coordination.

Job description

Ensure the effective implementation of quality requirements in day-to-day operational activities.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting the day-to-day execution of quality activities to ensure compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

• Have knowledge or experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and API Q1 Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Have knowledge with day-to-day Quality activities, including inspection, calibration, document control, NDT control, and third-party inspection/coordination.
• Certification in NDT and/or Welding Inspection will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies will be an advantage.
