Job summary

Nexgen Packaging Indonesia is seeking a QC/QE Analyst to enhance product quality through statistical methods, part inspections, and adherence to standards. You will read technical drawings and collaborate with production to resolve issues.

The role requires at least 2 years in packing/printing garment QC, proficiency in MS Office, strong attention to detail, and good communication in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a QC/QE Analyst in a packing, printing, or garment environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and proactive skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans.
• HSE knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying relevant statistical methods for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards.
• Conduct part inspections (layout, in-process, final, and receiving) using all types of mechanical inspection.
• Collaborate with other sections to investigate issues and improve quality.
• Coordinate product trials, including preparing requirements, leading meetings, and reporting results.
• Prepare inspection reports and nonconformity analyses.
• Read and interpret technical drawings for inspection reference.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure product quality standards are met.
