Job summary

Shoetown Group 廣碩鞋業集團 in Surabaya, East Java, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee factory QA operations in our footwear manufacturing facility. You will manage the quality team, monitor daily performance, and collaborate with Production, PPIC, IE, Development, Warehouse, and customer representatives to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on defect analysis, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality control/assurance in footwear manufacturing.
• Experience as Quality/QA/QC Manager or senior quality lead.
• Knowledge of footwear production processes (cutting, stitching, assembly, finishing).
• Hands-on defect analysis and corrective-action follow-up.
• Ability to lead quality teams and collaborate across departments.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; good working English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality team, including supervisors and inspectors.
• Monitor daily quality performance, defect rates, and rework status.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager / QA Manager in Surabaya, East Java to oversee quality operations in our footwear manufacturing factory.

This role will lead the factory quality team, manage daily quality performance, solve production quality issues, and work closely with Production, PPIC, IE, Development, Warehouse, and customer representatives to ensure product quality and smooth delivery.

3. .Monitor daily quality performance, defect rates, rework status, customer complaints, and improvement actions


4. .Work with Production, PPIC, IE, Development, Warehouse, and related teams to prevent and solve quality issues


5. .Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions


6. .Support customer audits, brand quality reviews, internal audits, and quality improvement projects
