Job summary

PT Frina Lestari Nusantara (FLN) in Indonesia is seeking an RnD Staff with a background in mechanical engineering and CAD proficiency. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to product development and manufacturing design.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience, is comfortable with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA, and can read technical drawings. English is preferred; willing to be placed in GIIC Deltamas area.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or CATIA.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in automotive plastics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create document office R&D.
• Create 2D drawings production.
• Assist supervisor in reporting.
• 3D scanning tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• English language ability preferred.
