Job summary

深圳市基克纳科技有限公司 is seeking a senior quality professional to lead quality control for new product projects. You will plan, implement, and monitor quality activities, coordinate inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvements across manufacturing processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, VDA 6.3/6.5 audits, and hands-on experience with quality tools and sample testing. You will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or statistics.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing with 3+ years in quality management.
• Proficient in PDCA, SPC and QC tools; familiar with measurement instruments.
• Plan and control quality for new products (inspection, QC testing, OQC/SIP, audits), manage personnel and improvements.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems; knowledge of 8D, VDA 6.3 process audits, VDA 6.5 product audits; able to read mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement quality control measures for new product projects (initial and routine inspections).
• Develop OQC/SIP and oversee QC testing and product inspections.
• Lead audits (internal/external) including VDA 6.3 and 6.5; manage CAPA and quality improvements.
• Coordinate responses to customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949; interpret mechanical drawings.

Job description

1、本科（全日制）及以上学历；电子，机械制造、机电一体化，化学，统计学等相关专业
2、制造行业5年以上工作经验，3年以上品质工作经验
3、熟练运用PDCA，SPC，QC七大手法等质量工具，熟悉各类测量仪器的使用
4、负责管辖（新品）项目的品质管控策划(包括首检/巡检/QC检验/商品检/OQC SIP制作、检验实施、人员管理、推进品质改善等）并组织实施，跟进客诉处理与对策，内/外部体系审核&VDA6.3审核及跟进，控制计划制作，MSA、SPC推行与跟进。
5、熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949质量体系，熟悉品质管理体系的运行，熟悉8D知识，VDA6.3过程审核，VDA6.5产品审核，能看懂机械图纸
1. Bachelor's degree (full-time) or higher in related fields such as electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or statistics; 2. At least 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years specializing in quality management; 3. Proficient in applying seven major quality tools including PDCA, SPC, and QC, and familiar with various measurement instruments; 4. Responsible for planning quality control measures for assigned new product projects (including initial inspection, routine inspections, QC testing, product inspection, OQC/SIP development, inspection implementation, personnel management, and quality improvement initiatives), organizing their execution, handling customer complaints and corresponding responses, conducting internal/external system audits and VDA 6.3 audits, developing control plans, and implementing and monitoring MSA and SPC practices.
5. Proficient in the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management system, including its operational procedures; knowledgeable about 8D methodology, VDA 6.3 process audits, and VDA 6.5 product audits; capable of interpreting mechanical drawings.
