Job summary

PT Powertek Indo Asia is seeking a motivated professional to manage IMS documentation across ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001. You will support both internal and external audits and develop monthly department reports.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and continuous improvement tools is required. Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering with relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems is required.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001; relevant ISO training is required.
• AK3U/Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen/QCC/5S certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation for the Integrated Management System (IMS): ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Support internal and external IMS audits.
• Develop and monitor the department's monthly reports.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts on the production line.
