Job summary

Peoplyee seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead QC activities in automotive manufacturing. You will manage documentation from development to production, resolve supplier quality issues, and drive the PDCA cycle across 4M changes. The role demands English proficiency, 2+ years in supervisory QC, and hands-on skill with measurement tools. A valid Indonesian driving licence is needed.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency at business level.
• 3–5 years in Quality Control within automotive manufacturing.
• At least 2 years as a Quality Control Supervisor.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Proficiency with measurement tools used in QC.
• Strong product knowledge and teamwork abilities.
• Indonesian driving licence Class A or Class C.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality control documentation for new projects, from development through regular production.
• Address and resolve supplier quality issues that arise during the production process.
• Implement the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle for supplier issues, including Part Inspection Reports, parts per million monitoring, and 4M changes.
• Collaborate with managers, leaders, quality control team members, and other departments to maintain product quality.
• Conduct joint inspections and visits with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Control Assurance reports.

Jobs Requirements

• Language: Minimum business-level English proficiency.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years as a Quality Control Supervisor.
• Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization 9001 requirements.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with teams and other departments.
• Driver Licence: Indonesian Class A or Class C driving licence.
