Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QC department, oversee internal production defect resolution, and drive corrective actions. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in quality control within manufacturing and proven team leadership.

You will manage budgets, plan manpower, and coordinate line and product audits, while applying tools like FMEA, MSA, and Poka‑Yoke to continuously improve quality performance and ensure ISO/SNI compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10+ subordinates in a QC supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of quality analysis and improvement tools including FMEA, MSA, Poka-Yoke, Mini-Lab, and QC Tools.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of air conditioning (AC) or refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Lead and oversee the Manufacturing Quality Control Department.
• Serve as the quality decision‑maker for internal production defects.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and action plans.
• Plan and control manpower allocation and utilization.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for internal production defects.
• Lead manufacturing quality analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on line audits, product audits, and spare part inspection activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions for market claims related to manufacturing quality.
• Conduct and support ISO internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and SNI requirements.
• Monitor quality performance and implement improvement actions to achieve manufacturing quality targets.
