Job summary

PT Buana Merdeka Jaya in Tangerang seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead and implement QA practices and serve as the Quality Management Representative.

You will ensure compliance with ISO standards, develop and maintain QMS, and conduct internal audits while coordinating with external parties for certification and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership, knowledge of ISO/IATF standards, and willingness to travel for business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Management Representative, Quality Assurance/Quality Control in manufacturing (Automotive).
• Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.
• Certification: Lead Auditor for ISO standards.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of Quality Assurance and act as Quality Management Representative.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company regulations.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external parties related to certification and compliance.
• Manage and control Quality Production Process from incoming, in-process, to outgoing to ensure Built-in Quality.
• Handle customer claims and complaints.
• Ensure calibration of laboratory and measurement devices as scheduled.
• Lead, supervise, and direct the QA/QC team.
• Prepare quality reports and provide improvement recommendations to management.
• Coordinate and support Kaizen initiatives.

Jobs Requirements
