Job summary

CATL is seeking a Quality Inspector to oversee the quality inspection process and ensure product and process standards are met. You will lead daily to monthly inspections and coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.

The role requires experience in automotive manufacturing quality, familiarity with 5M1E audits, AI camera detection systems, and strong English communication. Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3), preferably a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Over 3 years in quality role in automotive or battery industries.
• Familiar with machine parameters affecting quality.
• Familiar with Ai Camera detection system & Failure Prevention System.
• Strong leadership to drive team toward goals and improvements.
• Basic QC tools knowledge; 8D or Quality 7 tools.
• Good English communication; Mandarin helpful.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Requirements

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) & preferably a Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• More than 3 years of Quality Job on Automotive Manufacture Industries & preferably Battery Industries
• Familiar with machine parameters that can impact to Quality problems
• Familiar with Ai Camera detection system & Failure Prevention System
• Strong leadership, able to drive team to meet the goal & make improvement
• Have Basic Knowledge of QC tools, 8D or the Quality 7 tools.
• Good Comunication in English (Oral and written) or being able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage.
