Job summary

Daikin Industries Indonesia is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our mass production environment. You will evaluate inspection results, implement continual improvements, and ensure every product meets our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities include generating quality reports, following up on corrective actions, inspecting returns, and identifying risks to establish preventive measures. Minimum D3 in engineering and 1–5 years QC experience are required. No color vision issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering or related major.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Quality as a Technician.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings.
• Skilled in operating measurement equipment.
• Previous experience as a QC in the electronics, injection molding, metal stamping, or automotive industries.
• No color blindness (neither total nor partial).
• Proven experience in supervising or managing multiple subordinates.
