Job summary

DECA Group (Whitelab, Bonavie, Goute, Everpure, White Story, Trueve) is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure product safety and compliance across bulk, in-process, and finished goods in Tangerang.

You will work with manufacturers and internal teams to apply QC standards, maintain documentation, and drive corrective actions, with a focus on cosmetics/personal care manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, preferably cosmetics/personal care.
• Knowledge of QMS, CPKB, GLP, and GMP.
• Understand QC processes across production and packaging.
• Willing to be placed at manufacturing sites in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Handle QC processes for bulk, in-process controls, and finished goods for assigned brands.
• Verify and oversee quality inspections and safety testing according to established standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturers regarding quality control activities, production timelines, and quality-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality requirements are communicated and implemented.
• Record, review, and maintain QC documentation, including inspection and test results and quality records.
• Follow up with manufacturers on quality issues and corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or other relevant Science disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the personal care or cosmetics industry..
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), CPKB, GLP, and GMP.
• Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations.
• Understand the implementation of quality control activities in the field.
• Understand quality standards and requirements for personal care/cosmetic products.
• Understand the overall flow of the production process and the raw materials/packaging materials used.
• Strong attention to detail, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed at maakloon/manufacturing sites in Tangerang.
