Job summary

Bintang Toedjoe is seeking a QC Scientist on a fixed-term contract to conduct sampling, testing, and analysis of materials and products using physicochemical methods and laboratory instruments.

The role requires a Diploma in Chemical Analysis or related field, with fresh graduates welcome and experience in QC considered an advantage. Opportunities for learning and growth are provided within a collaborative lab environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Chemical Analysis or Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis.
• Open for fresh graduates.
• Experience in Quality Control in a pharmaceutical or FMCG company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, or finished products.
• Prepare and maintain analytical reports based on test results.
• Conduct non-routine testing, post-market sample analysis, and EHM analysis.
• Perform retesting of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Prepare reagents, reference standards, and microbiological media as required.
• Operate, maintain, and document the usage of laboratory equipment.
