Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia is seeking a QC Technician to perform shopfloor inspection, collect online samples and conduct lab testing to verify all quality parameters before releasing finished goods and materials.

You will verify production records, ensure equipment is calibrated and ready, prepare lab chemicals, manage lab waste safely, support trials and commissioning, and step in for the FS technician when required while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemical Analysis or related major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in QC in manufacturing or food industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• High safety awareness and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the QC inspection by collecting samples online and conduct lab inspection for all related Quality parameters
• Conduct testing as per PepsiCo standard method on timely manner.
• Ensure all production records for critical quality monitoring is verified and passed.
• Ensure lab equipment and all apparatus are in good condition, calibrated, and ready to use at all times.
• Responsible for preparing chemical for the use of laboratory and also production station lab.
• Responsible for ensuring waste management for lab waste is handled accordingly and safely
• Responsible for following all Safety protocol
• Responsible to fills in for FS technician when necessary
• Supporting trial and comissioning
• Willing to conduct any other tasks which may need support from line manager
