Pt Lemonilo Indonesia Sehat is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Engineer to join our Tangerang team in a hybrid role focused on upholding top product quality throughout manufacturing.

You will develop and implement QC plans, perform inspections, analyze data for trends, and drive CAPA with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with QMS and ISO 9001 standards to boost operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control or QA in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and SPC.
• Experience with inspection/testing methodologies and equipment.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials and finished products.
• Analyze quality data to identify root causes and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain QMS documentation and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Train production personnel on quality standards.
