Job summary

PT Kapit Mas in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator Incoming Material & Casting to ensure all incoming materials and casting products meet quality standards before production. You will liaise between suppliers, production and quality teams, oversee material and casting QC, and document QC processes.

Ideal candidate has metallurgy/mechanical engineering degree, 2+ years of manufacturing QC experience, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacture.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Understand ISO 9001 and QC sampling techniques.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical and logical problem-solver.
• Able to supervise inspectors, technicians and others.

Quality Control Coordinator Incoming Material & Casting

As Quality Control Coordinator Incoming Material & Casting, you will ensure that all incoming materials and casting products meet company quality standards before being used in the production process. You will serve as a liaison between suppliers, production, and quality team to ensure that the materials and casting products used meet the quality standards set by the company.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical / Machine Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacture

Proven work experience as a quality control or similar role

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Able to supervise, guide and work together with inspectors, technicians and others

Understand ISO 9001 and understanding QC sampling techniques

Detail-oriented, proactive, critical, analytical, and logical approach to problem-solving

Working knowledge of tools QC, methods and concepts of quality assurance

Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary

Excellent data collection and data analysis skills
