The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement across the claims lifecycle.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years in insurance claims or QC.
• Proficient with claims management systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytic and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Indonesian and English fluency.
• Outsourcing/vendor coordination experience is a plus.

About the role

PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia is seeking a Quality Control Claim - Outsource professional to join our Claims department. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all claim processing activities meet our stringent quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This position is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and protecting the integrity of our claims operations.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing and auditing claim files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Verifying that all required documentation has been obtained and properly processed before claim settlement
• Identifying discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in claim handling and reporting findings to management
• Conducting quality assessments on outsourced claim processing activities to maintain service excellence
• Developing and implementing corrective action plans for identified quality issues
• Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing quality control reports
• Liaising with claims handlers and external partners to address quality concerns and implement improvements
• Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and internal audit requirements
• Training and coaching outsourced team members on quality standards and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims processing or quality control functions
• Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, claims procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Indonesian and English language, both written and verbal
• Experience with outsource management and vendor coordination is highly desirable
• Certification in insurance or quality control would be an advantage
