Job summary

Diageo Indonesia is seeking a skilled professional to oversee technical, quality, and compliance across its Bali-based Indonesia Supply Chain. The role ensures regulatory alignment and robust site execution, embedding strong controls and ongoing improvement.

You will drive risk management, audit readiness, and governance, partnering with functions to sustain quality and operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical, quality, assurance, operations, or manufacturing in FMCG/food & beverage.
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of technical standards, quality systems, regulatory requirements, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement global, regional, customer, and regulatory technical and quality requirements across Indonesia Supply Chain.
• Monitor compliance, identify gaps/risks, and provide technical guidance to Indonesia site.
• Coordinate ISO, customer, internal, regulatory, and global audits; track findings and corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive improvements in quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Maintain governance routines, reporting and action tracking for SC leadership.
