Job summary

Diageo is seeking an Innovation & Brand Change Manager to lead the Indonesia & APAC initiatives. You will drive project delivery across supply-ready solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams and optimize materials, packaging and processes to support brand growth.

The role emphasizes speed, quality, cost control, sustainability and resilient supply, with responsibility for governance and risk management across multiple sites in Bali and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in innovation, technical, operation within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments.
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Innovation and Brand Changes projects across Indonesia and APAC sourcing.
• Act as Indonesia Supply Lead, coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Finance and regional stakeholders.
• Develop and improve raw materials, packaging, specifications and processes for cost, quality and sustainability.
