Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field and strong technical quality background.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing/processing and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical, Quality & Compliance: Implement global, regional, customer, and regulatory technical and quality requirements across Indonesia Supply Chain, monitor compliance and identify gaps, risks, and required actions.
• Risk & Audit Assurance: Identify and manage technical, quality, compliance, and operational risks, Coordinate ISO, customer, internal, regulatory, and global audits, Track audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed and effective.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for key issues, Identify recurring problems and improve processes, controls, and standards, Drive improvements in quality, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective assurance routines, controls, reporting, and action tracking, Provide clear visibility of key risks, issues, audit findings, and performance to Supply Chain leadership, Work with key functions to resolve issues and strengthen operational controls.
• Capability & Quality Culture: Build technical, quality, and compliance capability across Supply Chain teams, Promote ownership, accountability, and a strong quality and compliance culture, Share best practices and support implementation of regional and global initiatives.

Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
