Responsibilities

• Minimize risk and prevent fraud/complaints.
• Monitor overall Quality Assurance Process.
• Liaise with QA Ops Manager for daily operations.
• Review quality assurance policies.
• Develop and monitor corrective actions.
• Update internal policy & SOP based on regulations.
• Prepare reports on quality outcomes.
• Identify training needs.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Conduct Internal and External calibration.
• Develop team performance and coach if needed.
