Job summary

Integrity Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Editor to ensure our client reports are accurate, clear, and professionally written. You will work with Analysts, Verification Specialists, and cross-functional teams to raise writing standards and drive quality improvements.

The role involves proofreading, coaching, and preparing quality findings to support continuous improvement across the organization, with a focus on consistency and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Literature, Communication, English, or language fields advantageous).
• At least 1 year of professional experience in copyediting, proofreading, content editing, or quality assurance.
• Excellent written English and Indonesian with exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the confidence to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
